'Integrative Yoga'  combines the philosophical elements of Hatha Yoga with the foundational alignment of Iyengar Yoga through the energetic sequencing of Ashtanga Yoga.

Complimentary practices inspired by  Yin Yoga, Pilates, Animal Locomotives and Martial Arts  balance out into what I like to call Conscious Movement.

My Vinyasa Flow classes are a rigorous Hatha Yoga practice with a heavy focus on correct alignment methods. We help develop a strong physical awareness through the proper integration of breath and subtle observations. I like to bring in different philosophies of life for the self-reflection we hope to continuously take on and off the mat. Get ready to sweat!

Detox Yoga

Detox Yoga is a month-long program that focuses on the different parts of the body responsible for eliminating toxins, by stimulating and re-energizing the different layers of our body responsible for vitality. Classes include focusing on the kidneys, liver, lungs, digestive system and spine. We combine the breath with traditional and restorative Yoga postures to release the physical and emotional blockages of the mind and body. Recommended during fasts.
